"Ga Ga over Garters" was started in 2007 by a bridal shop owner, after she had grown tired of seeing the same boring garters everywhere.  With all of the wonderful, colorful Prom dresses on the market, she felt that girls deserved a more unique garter to go with the fabulous Prom dresses they were wearing...after much experimentation, "Ga Ga over Garters" was born!
